I trained through CAPPA as a postpartum doula, a role that reflects my long-standing passion for supporting families during the early days of parenthood. It’s incredibly meaningful to be able to walk alongside parents in this season and offer care that is both intentional and deeply supportive.
My Journey Into Birth Work
I’ve spent the past five years working as a full-time nanny, including supporting a family since their little one was a newborn. Building long-term relationships with the families I care for has been one of the most meaningful parts of my work, and it’s what naturally led me into the world of postpartum support.
My Approach
I believe the postpartum season deserves to be met with intentional, compassionate support. My goal is to create a calm and nurturing environment where families feel cared for, confident, and supported as they adjust to life with their new baby. I bring a steady, hands-on approach, paired with a genuine love for what I do.
Beyond Birth Work
There is something so meaningful about stepping into those early days, offering care, and helping families feel more at ease as they find their rhythm. Being able to walk alongside multiple families and support them in a flexible, intentional way is something I’m really passionate about.
